Jazeera, 31-year-old anti-sand mining activist from Kerala’s Kannaur district, is staging a dharna (sit-in) with her three children outside Kerala House at Jantar Mantar in the national capital, asking for an end to sand mining in her coastal village Puthiyangadi.
