Is this an act of sexual violence by a woman against a man?

 Police in Italy think so and has bizarrely booked the young woman in the picture for the above-mentioned crime.

 Nina De Chiffre, a student protestor was after all kissing a riot policeman helmet who was trying to control a protest in Turin in November.
